Cathy has been a Massage Therapist and Bodyworker more than 20 years and a Holistic Tutor for over 5 years teaching Holistic and Massage courses for GatewayWorkshops who specialise in One Day Workshops for complete beginners as well as Experienced Therapists. All courses are accredited and insurable with the main professional bodies.Bodywork is my passion and I love to teach and share my knowledge on the amazing benefits of Massage.

Students can learn a brand new therapy in just one day as class sizes are kept to a maximum of 6.
Having recently returned from training in America with John F Barnes, Cathy now specialises in treating Pain and Dysfunction with Myofascial Release ( the indirect approach) and CranioSacral Therapy.
As an accomplished therapist she also offers Deep Tissue & Therapeutic or Remedial Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Natural Face Lift Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, MLD and Seated Chair Acupressure.
Qualification details
Having originally trained in 1990 in New Zealand , I continued my education at The Raworth Centre in Dorking in 1992 and have updated my training on a regular basis to maintain and improve my knowledge.Advanced training has been with Mel Cash, Robert Schleip, Steven Goldstein, The Upledger Institute and John F Barnes.
